Dr Elizabeth (Liz) Zamudio, DC

doctor of chiropractic

Dr. Liz is a native San Diegan! She grew up in National City and is bilingual in both English & Spanish. You can find her catching some vitamin D around sunny San Diego as she chases her three little ones! Dr.Liz loves planting and caring for her office plants.

Educational Background:

Dr. Liz earned her transfer studies at Southwestern College then completed her Bachelor's Degree in Public Health at San Diego State University. As she learned about healthcare careers it sparked her desire to give back to the communities that contributed to her upbringing. In exploring this calling, she decided becoming a chiropractor was the perfect way to care for the people around her. She continued education and graduated from Life Chiropractic College West as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2016. In chiropractic school, Dr. Liz chose to specialize in prenatal and pediatric care, as she recognized her passion for educating, guiding and caring for pregnant mothers, infants, and children in their wellness journeys. Since then, Dr. Liz has continued education to include further training on prenatal/postnatal and pediatric care including topics such as preconception, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum health, and infant & childhood development.

Dr. Liz’s Chiropractic Story:

During my last year of undergrad is when I began to ponder if becoming a chiropractor was the right path for me. After being welcomed and taken under my chiropractor mentor's wings it was without a doubt that I was meant to become a chiropractor. I began receiving regular chiropractic care and started to notice how my body began to function better. My acne cleared, I was sleeping better, my stress as a student subsided, my energy and focus was sharper than I had ever experienced, constipation that I thought was normal since a young teen was disappearing and torticollis that I had experienced off and on since a kid completely healed. I was experiencing innate healing and my body was being allowed to function at its optimal ability. It had been 22 years of holding subluxation patterns that I had no idea about because it was always said that I was experiencing “normal and common” kid/teen growing pains and “stuff”. Chiropractic continues to help me express the best function of my nervous system to allow me to serve my community with their chiropractic adjustments. Now, as I focus on growing families I carry a message to share how important and amazing chiropractic care is from the womb through the rest of our lives.

Dr. Lindsay Donaldson, DC

doctor of chiropractic

Dr. Lindsay grew up in the north suburbs of Detroit Michigan where she built life-long friendships and discovered her calling to chiropractic. She moved out west to California to attend chiropractic school, and just before graduating, fell in love with San Diego and decided this was where she would plant her roots! In her free time you can find Dr. Lindsay enjoying time at the beach, working out, traveling around or camping with her husband Levi and dog Dune, reading a good book, or finding the best cup of coffee in San Diego.

Educational Background:

Dr. Lindsay has a deep understanding of the brilliance of our body as a whole and admires more natural approaches to health and wellness. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Saginaw Valley State University. After witnessing everyday chiropractic miracles and experiencing her own health benefits working as a chiropractic assistant, she moved out west to graduate from Life Chiropractic College West in 2016. She has spent well over 200 additional hours to become an expert in pediatric, prenatal, and postnatal care. She loves to inspire others about their innate ability to heal and believes that re-connecting them to the power that created them is an incredible, sacred opportunity. This has led her to develop a light touch to enable the most comfortable and effective adjustments for patients of all ages and sizes.

Dr. Lindsay’s Chiropractic Story:

As a child, I dealt with a lot of stomach and digestive issues. At the age of 10, I received my first addjustment and experienced incredible relief from these discomforts and pains. For the rest of my upbringing, I didn’t receive any further care. By the end of completing my undergraduate degree, I was experiencing chronic neck pain and headaches, and had considerable hormonal imbalances. When I began my job as a Chiropractic Assistant and began to finally receive care once again, my body underwent major healing, in which it began to rebalance hormonally, along with my headaches and neck pain subsiding as my spine was no longer compressing the brain stem, allowing the free flow of energy I had been lacking for so long! Because migraines run in my family, and specifically the women in my family, I am grateful to have found chiropractic and live a life practically headache-free as I continuously get adjusted.

Rebekah (Bekah) Orton

Office manager/CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT

Originally from Northeast Arizona, Bekah moved to San Diego in 2020 with her husband, who is in the Navy. She is a mama to her little boy, and enjoys traveling, being outdoors, spending time with friends and family, reading, and finding new shows to binge. She first joined the team in July of 2021. Through continuous education and experience, she has developed a love for chiropractic and holistic healthcare. Her passion for seeing her community thrive in wellness is her primary goal in her role here at our office.

Rebekah’s Chiropractic Story:

I first started my journey in chiropractic care when I was hired at my previous office in Florida, back in 2019. I had spent all of my teen years having regular headaches and migraines, poor circulation, anxiety, and frequent upper back pain. I had always been told these things are “normal”, and that lots of girls deal with the same things. After beginning regular chiropractic care, with specialized and specific upper cervical adjustments, I saw major improvement in these areas, and also in ways I didn’t even expect to see! Now, after receiving regular chiropractic adjustments for years, having a migraine is extremely rare for me. My circulation issues I experienced as a teen have not been an issue for me for years, my anxiety is at a minimum and my mind feels clear, and I live a life free of back pain! Chiropractic care is truly life changing.

Christina Robinson

community outreach/Marketing director

Christina is a Military spouse and homeschool mom living in San Diego. She is passionate about helping others achieve their best. She and her family have been patients with Dr Liz and Lindsay since 2018 and it is the compassionate care and positive office experience that drew her to want to work with them. She enjoys interacting with patients in the office each week and helping the Drs to establish and grow their business presence in the community through marketing events. She loves hiking, biking, spending time with family and traveling.

Christina’s Chiropractic Story:

We began chiropractic care because of our youngest child. At 2 years old she was still not walking on her own, even after a year of weekly PT and OT. A friend posted a chiropractic experience on social media, and we decided to give it a try. After a few visits and a visit to a cranial-sacral massage therapist, our child finally walked! She was 26 months old. We were sold on the benefits of chiropractic care. The entire family began seeing a chiropractor and have been consistent in that ever since. We found Dr Liz and Lindsay at an event over five years ago and loved the experience and now see them weekly as a family. I suffered with chronic low back pain and headaches daily. Now that I have consistent chiropractic care, I only rarely deal with this pain.
